What the law protects against.

Amends article 7 concerning the County Administrative Decret support to employers related to the wage guarantee amount. Basic Conditions of Employment Act Consolidates and amends the law relating to the establishment of a wage board, the determination of terms and conditions of employment and other incidental matters.

Act to amend the provisions of the Wage Act [LS – SA 1] so as to further define certain expressions, to delete the definition of “Industrial Conciliation Act” and to define the expression “Labour Relations Act”; to make further provision decrfto regard to the limitation, in certain cases, of the application of determinations; to empower the Minister to withdraw or dcreto certain requests made by him to the board to adjust certain fines with regard to corresponding periods of imprisonment; and to effect certain deceeto changes; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

Act to amend the Basic Conditions of Employment Act [LS – SA 1], so as to further define “public holiday” and “wage”; to provide that notice of termination of service during the first four weeks of vecreto shall in the case of a written contract of employment be given in accordance with such contract; to make decreyo non-payment or underpayment of wages an offence; to exclude from the prohibition on deductions from employees’ remuneration the setting-off against such remuneration of amounts owed by an employee to his employer; and to effect certain textual improvements; and to provide for incidental matters.
